I am far from the finish line, but the journey has started and I have no intention of stopping.

and what I do

My story

I was born in 2000 in Montepulciano, Italy, a town known for its wine.
In high school I spent most of my free time in my father’s restaurant. I worked as a waiter, a dishwasher and, in general, did whatever was needed in that moment.

After high school I started working as a DJ in a few clubs, but it was not enough to support myself. At some point I looked for a more stable job and joined a company as a forklift technician. I liked that job, every day there were different problems to solve and the feeling of fixing something that does not work has always been satisfying for me.

During that period, especially in Covid times, I started getting into trading in a pretty confused way, between signal groups and copy trading. I had no real idea what I was doing, but I was fascinated by a simple question, how a person could analyse a market and try to anticipate its movements.

From there I started studying seriously. I bought many courses, some useful and others much less, and over time I invested more than €20k in education. I also studied systematic trading with Unger Academy. Today I am a discretionary intraday trader, but I am also developing some trading systems designed for managing capital over the long term.

In 2022 I resigned six months in advance, so as not to leave my employer in trouble and to give myself time to get organised. The goal was to become my own boss.

Being your own boss is not easy at all, especially if, like me, you are never really satisfied and always want something more. It is part of my character, it pushes me to improve every day, to evolve, to learn from my mistakes. But it has also had a cost, I cut off 99% of my friendships and gave up many normal things for my age. In return, today I do a job I am truly passionate about.

Over time I started to see several problems in the trading world up close. Instead of just complaining I tried to solve some of them with the startups I founded. First TotalTrade, to help traders build a serious edge, then Proply, a free portal to search and analyse prop firms in a more transparent way.

My ethical baseline is simple, I want to be transparent in what I do and try to help the people in front of me when I see potential in them. I am not interested in doing it for image, I have never liked playing dirty. I prefer to expose myself, show the uncomfortable parts too and have no skeletons in the closet. In the end the truth always comes out.
